     2015 Seasonal Membership Rates

  • Summer Season

    - Water & Electric (30 amp) & Sewer $2,150

    - Water & Electric (50 amp) & Sewer $2,200

    - Water & Electric site $1,900 (guests dump their tanks)

    - Monthly $650 per month  (includes electricity)     

  • Fall/Winter RV access - $150 (Elec/sewer only after Oct 1st)
  • Electricity is an additional cost and paid monthly


Woodsong has 115 full hook-up sites that are leased on a seasonal basis.  We offer a five month lease from May 1st to October 1st, and a month to month lease for residents that cannot be here for the entire season.  Seasonal leases include:

  • Your choice of available RV sites
  • 30 or 50 amp electric, water and sewer utilities
  • A fire ring and picnic table
  • Two gate cards for access
  • Unlimited use of the Resort during the season
  • Free storage of one boat or trailer
  • Free winter storage of your RV and Boat

2015 Daily Rates for Members

  • Weekday (Sunday thru Thursday)    $36 per night
  • Weekend (Friday and Saturday)       $42 per night
  • Holidays (three night min)                 $50 per night

2015 Daily Rates for Non-Members

  • Weekday (Sunday thru Thursday)   $42 per night
  • Weekend (Friday and Saturday)      $48 per night
  • Holidays (three night min)                $56 per night

Base rate is for 4 guests.  

Each additional guest (overnight or day use) is $3 per day.  


All sites require a $25 non-refundable deposit for non-holiday dates and a $75 non-refundable deposit for holiday dates.


Woodsong has 16 RV sites for use on a weekend and daily basis.  There is a large shaded area next to the pool and the bath house that works well for large family camping.  This area will accommodate two RVs, plus 2 tents.   Across the street from the lodge and pool there are ten RV sites with an average width of 35 feet.  Most of these are shady but a couple of sites are sunny.  We have four additional sites in the front of the resort that are sunny.

Membership has it's advantages....


     It is easy to become a member of Woodsong RV Resort!  Your only committment is to stay at least 4 nights at Woodsong during the summer season and be part of our newsletter list.  A membership costs just $10!  The low membership fee can be paid at the time you check in for your reservation or upon reservation.  Member rates are applicable on the first stay (if it is 4 nights or more) or will be applied on the stay that results in the 4th night.  Whether it's just one stay, or four, we want you to be a part of the Woodsong family.
